Our first summer knitalong features the Zinnia cardigan, a pattern written exclusively for The Fiber Gallery by up-and-coming designer Andi Satterlund. Zinnia, a vintage-inspired sweater with a simple all-over texture stitch and a lace detail at the waist, is knit in Kenzie, a light-worsted weight blend of merino wool, angora, alpaca, silk and nylon. The knitalong begins June 1 with a kickoff party. It concludes September 13, and as usual we’ll have social and project help sessions along the way. Full details are available in our newsletter.
