Needle Felting

Needle-Felting Artist In Spotlight

Our featured artist for the 19th annual Phinneywood Art Walk is not only well-regarded for her work with fiber arts — she’s also a customer of ours!  Moxie Lieberman’s  primary medium is needle felting, but she also expresses ideas with embroidery, cross stitch, crochet, e-textiles and more. Her work has been shown in galleries in Seattle, New York, Los Angeles and more. She’s taught thousands of people to needle felt in dozens of settings, including both the Frye and Bellevue Art Museums, The Exploratorium in SF, and the Maker Faire Bay Area. Moxie’s work will be featured in the store Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 5.  Her work will be joined by that of 150 other artists at multiple locations in the area. Friday night also features entertainment and refreshments at many area businesses. Full details are available...
